BASMATI - SUPER

Super Kemal Basmati Rice is one of the greater types of Basmati rice grown pnmarly in the foothAs of the Hmalayas. With a long size, pointed edges and is easiy known for its length, which is aknost four times greater than its width.Uniformly slender long grains, pristine white luster and an unforgettable aroma have made Super Kernel Basmati a staple in aknost every comer of the world. Super Kernel Basmati Rice, a premium variety of basmati rice from Pakistan, is the most prized of the rice varieties alii over the world.

IRRI - 6

This long grain variety is inferior to others grades of non-basmati and is generaty suppbed in bufc shipments to African reacts

  1. This variety of rice was introduced by the Rice Research Institute (Kata Shah Kakoo) in co-operation with International Rice Research Institute (FtiBppine) which was approved by Govt, of Pakistan in 1970.
  2. This variety of rice is thicker and a ittfe bit smafcr than Basmati-370.

IRRI - 9

Slightly superior to IRRI-6. KS-82 is often specially requested by expartriates in the MldrJe East and various parts of Asia.

  1. This variety was offkaaly approved by the Govt, of Pakistan in 1982 for cultivation.
  2. Their grains aknost resemble IRRI-6.
  3. Its grains are translucent.

PK – 386

Basmati PK 388 rice has been declared as a variety of Basmati rice under the seeds Act. 1936. This is a Kharif crop, which matures in about 155 days from seeding and yields 9-qumlal paddy per acre. The variety of Basmati 388 crop is 180cm tal. photosersitive and performs best under medium fertiHy conditions.
